Our Collective

Catchpoint Collective was born from a desire to share decades of multifamily experience in a more meaningful way—by partnering with companies across the industry to drive lasting impact. Led by Jamie Gorski—a CMO and CXO with a passion for progress—Catchpoint is grounded in a career spent shaping companies and driving positive change. Similar to Jamie’s open water swimming, our approach requires focus and vision—all in service of helping you find the moment that moves you forward: your catchpoint.

Our Founder

Jamie Gorski is a visionary leader with over 30 years of experience in the multifamily industry. Previously, Jamie served as Chief Experience Officer at Windsor, where she led strategy across marketing, customer experience, pricing, and learning & development, overseeing a portfolio that grew from 20,000 to 55,000 units. 

Prior to that, as Chief Marketing Officer at Bozzuto, she played a pivotal role in expanding the company's portfolio from 30,000 to 75,000 units. Her multi-faceted leadership has earned her more than 40 national awards from organizations such as the National Apartment Association (NAA), National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), and Multifamily Executive.

She also serves on several advisory boards, including those for Zillow, The Ohio State University’s Department of Mathematics, and the National Multifamily Housing Council’s Customer Experience and Marketing Committee.

Beyond her professional life, Jamie is an accomplished swimmer. A former captain of The Ohio State University swim team and Big Ten Champion, she recently completed a six-day island-to-island swim in Greece.
